Refunds & Exchanges

If you need to return an item TeenFX will give you a refund, credit your account, or exchange the item. You are required to pay for the return shipping & handling costs.

All return items must meet the following requirements:

• You must read the following requirements and read and print the Return & Exchange Form.
• You must return the items within 30 days of the ship date
• A copy of your Invoice and your completed Return & Exchange form with return number must be included with the package
• The Shipping & Handling and Wrapping costs in your order are not refundable.
• The tag(s) must still be attached to the item
• Clothing must not be returned worn, stained, damaged, washed or altered by the consumer
• For exchange orders you are responsible for Shipping & Handling cost to ship the exchange item to you.
• Defective jeans must be returned to TeenFX within 30 days of the order ship date for exchange only.
• Exchange items are required to pay Shipping & Handling to and from TeenFX.
• TeenFX is not responsible to lost return items in the mail
• There are no Returns on International Orders

Please follow the return shipping directions mentioned on your Packing Slip. Please allow up to approximately 4 weeks for processing your returned item.
